Waking up to an open sea-view. Being at home on your vacations 200 sqm, furnished with stories and furniture from all over the world -moroccon tiles and wooden floors. Three light flooded bedrooms with big windows and all of them with access to terrace or balconies. Open living and kitchen area, a partly roofed terrace with a big table and seaview. Upstairs two big balconies with sofas and a hammock to sun bathe on or chill out-and maybe to sleep outside under a sky full of stars. The space We have been renovating this house in the year 2019 with a lot of love and care for details just as if it would be for us to live in it. We hope you will have a wonderful time in it! The house is located right next to house that we are renting out, but it is a corner house with so much more space and with two balconies and with a big terrace. Including the terrace and the two balconies the house is approximately 200sqm big! The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with floor level windows and each of the bedrooms has got access to either a balcony or to the terrace. But step by step now.. The main entrance is on the backside, where there is a community garden of the residential area where the house is located. Through a sought iron gate you will get into a pretty and very useful laundry room and from there to the actual entrance door. Downstairs you will find a big opened kitchen and living room with access to the semi-roofed terrace and a little strip with plants. The kitchen is equipped with everything except an oven: Electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffemachine(filter and Nespresso), milk foamer, pans, pots and plenty of dishes... Between the kitchen and the living room section there is a round table with 6 chairs, if you want to eat inside. Right next to the living room section that is located on the ground floor there is the bedroom( 2 single beds 80x200cm, these can be put together as a double bed or separated as a twin or put one on the top of the other if there is only one person sleeping in it). This smaller bedroom has a seaview and there is a little side room with a writing desk and a built-in wardrobe. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower. The entire ground floor is equipped with moroccan tiles, and upstairs everything except the bathroom is equipped with a wooden floor. Upstairs you can find the second bathroom like the other one equipped with shower, toilet and on top in this one there is a bidé. Everybody loves the moroccan tiles in this bathroom! And you can find there the big bedroom with a real big terrace door window and with such an amazing seaview that I personally lost my words the first time I stood there and looked out. The balcony you can find there is the one with the column style railing. The bedroom to the side is pretty big as well(a 20sqm room and it has got two single beds- 90x200cm) that can be put together as a double bed or stand separate as a twin. This room has got a window to the green garden area and a floor deep glassdoor that connects with the long balcony on the side of the house(30sqm). From here you have got a seaview as well and two sofa and a hammock are inviting to chill out, sunbath or just hang out and relax together. Inside the closet you can find a toy kitchen and some toys for kids so the little guests can play there while you are relaxing in the hammock. The apartment has got a baby cot (or if needed even 2) and a high chair. There is a safety barrier on the top of the staircase. On the staircase itself small kids should be accompanied by there parents always. Other things to note As long as the situation with Covid 19 persists, we do not want family gatherings or gatherings of friends or similar gatherings with people other than the registered guests to take place in the house.
