Cosy house near beach/forrest/CPH

We live in a wonderful family home with a sunny garden, a big terrace and great location. Close to the beach (300 m), forrest, harbour, train station with direct train to CPH - 30 min (500 m), Louisiana Museum (2,5 km). Our home is 151 m2 with 3 bedrooms, large livingroom with a sleepingsofa, bathroom, kitchen with all you need, Wifi, washing machine ect. House and garden are kids-friendly. FYI: We have a small dog but we clean the house well as husband has allegy before your stay and of course take our dog with us :-)
