There is a powder room on the first floor. This is an open concept home with a large gathering space. There is ceramic tile throughout the first floor of the house, with carpeted bedrooms and den. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, SMART TVs in each bedroom, common areas and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an attached 2 car garage with extra parking available alongside the house. There is a patio in the back yard with a fire pit.
