Clean and private room in a new home with a full-size bed that's best for 1 guest (can accommodate 2 for a fee). TV, a walk-in closet, an office set-up, an iron, and a tower fan available. Room may be locked with a key. Bathroom is shared with the other room if it's booked (max of 2 guests). Otherwise, it's all yours. Basic bath necessities are provided. You may use the microwave, fridge, and dining table, plus silverware, glasses, plates, and mugs. Airport transfers for a fee may be booked. The space This private room is in a brand-new home in a new neighborhood. There is street and driveway parking. We have a keypad so you can check yourself in. Your room may be locked with a key. The room has a full bed that's best for 1 guest but can fit two. It has a TV, a desk, an office chair, a walk-in closet, a tower fan, and a steam iron. It also has a window facing the side of the house. You will have a full bathroom that has hot and cold shower, hair dryer, and basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc. The bathroom is shared with the other room if it's booked (max of 2 guests). Otherwise, it’s going to be your private bathroom. You will have WIFI, air conditioning, security cameras, and smoke detectors. Lastly, we have a very shy but curious cat. 1 vehicle per room if parking on driveway or across our street. This is to avoid congestion and also give other guest/s park their vehicle. Guest access You may use the fridge (one full level for you), the microwave oven, and the dining table or the kitchen counter. The upper cabinet and drawer to the right of the fridge has plates, mugs, glasses and silverware. During your stay We provide as much privacy as possible to our guests so interaction may be limited.
