Please note, you are only renting one room! Spacious 20 m2 bedroom with spacious private bathroom and TV. The toilet is separate from the bedroom and shared with another tenant in a second bedroom if it is rented. 45 minutes from Dijon. 300 meters from a lake, a playground for children, shops and restaurant are a 10-minute walk away. We are about 1 km from the Burgundy Canal (bicycle route). Animals are present: 3 cats and 1 dwarf rabbit. The space You are renting a room, so we will be present during your stay. In a residential area, you will have 1 large bedroom available with double bed, bathroom, work table and TV. The toilet is separate from the bedroom and to be shared with another tenant of a second bedroom if it is rented. For light cooking or reheating, the kitchen will be shared with us. Of course, I'll leave you a small space in our fridge if you have things to store in the fridge. Towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. A 2nd bedroom can be made available if you are 4 guests. Breakfast is not included because we are not a bed and breakfast, but you have at your disposal, 1 Dolce Gusto coffee machine, 1 kettle as well as coffee pods, tea, herbal tea and sugar. At 1 km, we have a sports center with weight room, squash, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi: to enjoy it, remember to take your swimsuits and sports gear! Guest access If available, you will have access to the garage if you need to store bikes. Check-in is with a key box if we are not there. The code will be given to you by text message just before check-in. But most of the time, we're home to welcome you. During your stay We can provide you with any information you may need. Other things to note We are close to the city center, close to the train station and therefore close to the trains. Despite a very well soundproofed house, people accustomed to quiet can be bothered by the noise of trains.
