A magnificent contemporary and design Suite, with south-facing balcony overlooking Lake Geneva, and its magical views of Evian & the French Alps. Spacious & bright, it is equipped with a double King bed (with the possibility of transforming it into a Twin if available), a sofa bed in the living room (180x200m), a coriander and resin full bathroom, a desk, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette, with induction hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, plates & utensils for 4 people. This suite is equipped with a double bed or with the possibility of having 2 single beds depending on availability, a sofa bed(140-150X180) in the living room ideal for 1 adult or 2 kids , a full bathroom, 2 desks, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates and utensils for 4 people. The laundry room is equipped with washing machines & dryers at your disposal once a week and free of charge for rentals of one week or more. Washing powder/liquid is not provided. Iron available only upon request prior to check-in A mailbox is provided for long-term stays. Guest access The entire apartment is your own during your stay. You will be given virtual keys through an application that you will need to download as well as one physical card. Other things to note Pictures are for guidance only and show the design & furnishing style of different apartments. Parking is available on the property upon request, free of charge. Please note that a copy of all guests' national ID/passport is required for the check-in procedure and needs to be emailed prior to arrival. Security Deposit – The amount may differ depending on the apartment you select upon booking. If any damage is done to the apartment, you may be charged up to 500CHF. The tourist tax is payable upon arrival through Airbnb and is CHF 3.10 per person per night.
