The space Living Three lounge and living areas are scattered throughout the two-storey floorplan, and cater for those looking for entertainment as well as those seeking quiet solitude. The main lounge features timber floors, a large plush couch, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console and games, and platinum Foxtel package with every channel. The second lounge is ideal for parents and couples to sit back and relax. Open the double doors to the ground floor veranda and welcome in the fresh air and hinterland views. A private Parents’ Retreat offers peaceful respite off the master suite. Free WiFi internet is available throughout the retreat, with laundry facilities and ironing board for your convenience. Kitchen + Entertaining The designer kitchen features a 3m Corian benchtop, enormous breakfast island with bar stools, three sinks, coffee machine, two stainless steel ovens, double door ice maker fridge/freezer, butler’s pantry, casual dining table seating eight, and timber floors. Chefs and diners alike will appreciate the bright windows and French doors opening onto the ground floor veranda. A formal, separate dining with seating for 10 is located off the lounge room. External security cameras have been installed which don’t encroach on living areas and purely monitor the front gate. Guest access Great Outdoors Situated on an enormous 1.7 hectare block, this Gold Coast hinterland accommodation is as impressive outside as in. The 16m saltwater swimming pool (fully fenced) with outdoor entertaining area is an ideal spot to enjoy the Queensland sun whilst watching the native wildlife. Both the upstairs and downstairs wrap-around verandas feature covered seating areas with stunning views. For the young (and young at heart), there’s a soccer field and numerous flat, grassy areas and cubby house to explore, plus a rear BBQ area overlooking the perfectly manicured gardens. Parking is available for four vehicles, and the house’s privacy is maintained by an automatic security gate. Pets are welcome upon application. Security cameras are installed at external points. Other things to note We are in a quiet neighbourhood and therefore strictly short term holiday rental only. We can not host events or parties of any kind.
