Cottage with pool and jacuzzi, 1.5 hours from Paris

A break in the countryside. Our cottage is located on our property of more than 8000 m2. We live on site, but the place is independent of ours. ●You will have access to the indoor heated pool, at set times: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (May to mid-October) ●You will have access to the jacuzzi (from October to May) for an extra charge on reservation Available to families: folding crib/highchair/potty/children's dishes... On site dwarf goats, chickens, cats... 3-star cottage The space ●The rate is for 4/6 people. It is possible to rent the cottage for 2 people at a "decreasing" rate in low season only ⚠️ Contact us for more information. ●⚠️A trailer -2 people- & A yurt - 6 people- are available for rent for an unusual night on our property. If your reservation coincides with a trailer and/or yurt reservation, the pool is likely to be shared. ● The pool is accessible from May until October. Depending on the weather, it may be possible in mid-April. (pool price included in the rental price) ●The jacuzzi is accessible from October to May Inform us in advance if you wish to benefit from it (extra charge to be paid on site) ● Pets welcome if the agreement is cordial with chickens, cats, goats, dogs. Extra charge of €15/animal/stay to be paid on-site. The gîte calls for rest. Carefully decorated, mixing comfort, cocooning and a small retro/recycled decorative touch to spend time as if you were at home. ● The bedding is new and of quality for a restful night's sleep. Our cottage has been completely renovated to offer you a quality stay.● You will access the accommodation through an electric gate, two parking spaces are allocated to you adjacent to the cottage, in the closed courtyard. (Beyond two vehicles, please contact us) If we are present we will welcome you, if necessary a key box system with code is available. ●The gîte breaks down as follows: - Entrance closet with hangers - Living room area, dining room {TV-TNT / Books/Board games..} - Equipped kitchen {Combined microwave grill oven/fridge with freezer section/Ceramic cooktop/kettle/Senseo coffee machine/toaster/kitchen compost/assorted dishes for 6 people/kitchen utensils/tea towels/hand towels/basic cleaning products...} -> The bedrooms: - One bedroom with queen size bed 160 x 200 - One bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 (possibility to separate or bring the beds together) - Common area, a sofa bed with real mattress -> Sanitary/Bathroom -Bathroom with window, shower, sink, fan heater, plenty of storage. A hair dryer is available. - Separate toilet ●The exteriors: A small garden adjoining the cottage is exclusively reserved for you, the latter is separated from the rest of the garden by a gate. In your garden you will find: - A table with tablecloth and chairs for 6 people. - A parasol on stands -Two sun loungers with mattresses -A gas plancha Through the gate you will have direct access to the swimming pool and its terrace, the pétanque court, and the rest of our garden. We offer a game room with: nets and rackets, a game of mollky, petanque balls for children and adults, giant mikado, giant power 4, darts, puck game, cornhole, rollers and protections, buoys, snorkel masks, ping pong table, small sports/fitness equipment... -> The swimming pool (open May - October) You have access to the pool (indoor and heated) at set times: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. -> The jacuzzi (open from October to May) 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. - extra charge ●Please do not hesitate to contact us for any request, we will be happy to assist you in preparing for your stay with us at the La Parenthèse gîte Guest access To facilitate your arrival, a lockbox is available, if I am not on site to welcome you or for checkout. Check-in from 4 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. You will have access to the pool/jacuzzi (depending on the season) after accepting the rules. Other things to note In the countryside, we sometimes have Régis the rooster who vocalizes, Robert who mows, the farmer who passes by in a tractor, the frogs who put on a concert, and various small insects that live in harmony in our garden. Rest assured, all this is part of the charm of our countryside, and will leave you with beautiful memories. On-site is our "tribe" Our 3 cats, our chickens, our two dwarf goats, and our dog Freyja.
