Our holiday home is located in one of the best places in El Cotillo village, near the village center, and just 2 min walking from the world famous El Cotillo lagoons. It has a large 70m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The space Fully equipped kitchen and living room in one space. A spectacular private solarium with two sunbeds . Also it has a large terrace with access from their bedrooms, overlooking the pool, equipped with chairs table and sunbeds. Our accommodation is located in a very quiet place, in a small residential complex of 40 aparments, 50 meters from the hotel "Cotillo Beach" and 5 minutes walk to the village center. El Cotillo is a place with a special charm to rest and enjoy the wonderful beaches and good food, especially fresh fish. Guest access Communal pool only for resort guest. One for adults and other for childrens. Other things to note It is located on the second floor, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities.
