Ashley's Retreat | Lake Tekapo

~PET FRIENDLY - 1 pet only~ A modern cottage located in a quiet cul de sac, Ashley’s Retreat offers excellent views of Mt John and the turquoise coloured lake with the mountains beyond. The contemporary open plan living area has large floor to ceiling windows, giving panoramic views, with plenty of sun all year round. The deck captures all-day sun and a log burner fills the living space with glowing warmth. Pet Fee: $20 per night. 1 Pet only permitted- Please advise if you are bringing a pet. The space It has 3 bedrooms; 1 queen and 2 twin rooms to sleep 6. There is a shared bathroom plus a second separate toilet. The laundry includes a washing machine, tub, and a dryer.  The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is free wifi, a selection of DVDs, board games, and good reading material for adults and children is also provided. The large wooden deck holds a BBQ and outdoor furniture. There are additional electric heaters throughout the house and electric blankets on all beds. The carport provides covered access to the house, and plenty of easy-access space for boat parking. Other things to note Linen, towels and cleaning is included in the nightly rate, for the booked number of guests. To ensure that we provide the correct linen please include the total number of guests when booking, including children. We ask that you are mindful about your bed choice when staying, as additional costs will be charged for beds used in excess of the number of guests booked. Infants under 2 years are welcome and are free in a port-a-cot (also available for hire @ $10/stay - please request). For stays less than 5 nights your accommodation is un-serviced, therefore all supplies & linen initially provided are for the duration of your stay. Extra supplies can be purchased at the local supermarket.
