Nice to meet you! I present to you a delightful apartment with the sea below the house. Your home will be just above the white beach and blue sea of Costa Rei, on the southeast coast of Sardinia, in a pleasant and quiet condominium with a private beach. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a comfortable living room (with television, desk, wardrobes, a double sofa bed), a bedroom, a covered and habitable veranda with kitchen (with table and chairs, four-burner stove, pots, dishes and accessories), and a practical and essential bathroom (with shower and washing machine, toilet and bidet, sink with mirror). The room is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan; to heat the rooms, you need to set the air conditioner to "hot" mode. The Free Beach Residence overlooks the beach of Costa Rei, it's like having the sea under the house! From June 15 to September 15 we have a private beach, controlled by our lifeguards and shaded by our umbrellas. Two comfortable personal beach beds are also available in the apartment. If you are traveling with a little angel, a 120x60 camping bed is available free of charge for him or her. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal and has private access. Other things to note • Internet: the area is covered by the Wi-Fi signal called "Hotspot Costa Rei", to use it you need to purchase the service from the internet page of the same name or go to the newsstand for a prepaid card. Unlimited network access is available for a fee of €10 per week per device. • Parking: Free parking is easily available outside the property. • Linen service: on request we provide weekly bed linens and towels. • Cleaning service: the first cleaning is an additional expense, any cleaning during the stay must be agreed upon. HOUSE RULES • Please smoke only outside the premises. • Please separate waste collection. • Please respect quiet hours at night, from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. • Linen service: The supply of sheets and towels is optional, €15 per person for 1 week. Please do not wash them. • Cleaning service: initial cleaning is €50. • Upon your arrival, please provide the identity documents of all guests and pay for any additional services. • Arrivals from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., departures by 10:00 a.m. • Arrivals before 3:00 p.m. and after 8:00 p.m. must be agreed upon • Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are possible if the night entrance fee is agreed with the caretaker • Pets are not allowed
