Adorable Downtown Casita

Enjoy your stay at this centrally located casita - walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Ca·si·ta /kəˈsēdə/ Noun NORTH AMERICAN (especially in the US Southwest) a small house or other building. The space The Casita is a cozy little house in downtown Portales. It is close to shops, good food, the library and a great park. There are sometimes two dogs on the property - behind the fence, one of which is a runner (white husky). If he does get out please know that he isn’t at all dangerous. No parties. No smoking No pets or extra guests without prior consent from host please. You will receive heater/cooler instructions based on temperature changes outside. Guest access When you get here just pull all the way to the end of the driveway and park in front of the garage nearest the stairs, in front of the arrows. Caution: walk carefully in driveway- there is gravel and pea gravel moved about from tires- as well as some slight lifts in cement from tree roots. Be careful not to fall. Follow the walkway to your home away from home. Guests have a table and two chairs just outside the front window of the casita for their use. Buildings on both sides of the casitas, the alley, fenced back yard, and side yards are off limits to casita guests, please. If you need anything at all please send a message and we will do our best to meet the need as quickly as possible! Other things to note While there isn’t an iron in the casita- there is a steamer so that guests can be kept quite tidy! Note: Here in the plains we will have bugs and spiders. We spray regularly. In the Summer heat, in warm seasons or after a rain you might see an influx but they won’t live long. Sorry about that.
