This renovated beach house is perfectly positioned with panoramic sea views and only a short stroll along the cliff-top reserve to a beautiful secluded beach. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. This house captures the essence of a beach holiday - it is open and light, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and aged oak floors. It is tastefully decorated for a very comfortable stay. The space Sit on the back deck for a meal, or just to watch the sea and wildlife. Challenge yourself to a game in the games room - pool table or table tennis. The games room is also a perfect location to amuse young children on a wet day, or as a teenager's retreat. There is an open fire for those cooler nights. Once you are here you will not want to leave - this house provides complete comfort and privacy, is an easy walk to 2 local beaches and the local coffee shop, but is just minutes away from all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer. The house is arranged in such a way that it can be used for a romantic weekend for 2 or for families (up to 6/8 people). Guest access All areas on the large block, all of the house. Other things to note We provide toilet paper and soap, coffee pods (for a nespresso machine). Please note that we don't provide linen or towels as standard. There is a local company that hires out linen and will deliver to and collect from the house. We provide doonas, pillows, blankets (for the cooler months) and tea-towels. Please note here is no fence or secure yard on the property. We will consider house-trained pets but please note the only way to secure a pet outside (to let them dry off after a swim for example) is to tie them to the back railing.
