The neighborhood is very quite and the park will make you relax after a long day in town. If you have a car you can park for free inside the property. The cottage is actually a small two-story house, once used by the house keeper's family. The whole place has just been completely restored according to the tuscan tradition and with special attention to prime choiche comforts and amenities. Very bright and airy, every room has a special flair thanks to the wonderful furniture, the exposed wooden beams in the ceilings and the original terracotta flooring (upstairs). On the ground floor you'll find a lovely and bright living area, consisting of a wonderful recently renewd kitchen, fully equipped with kitchenware and everything you may need to cook your own Italian meals, plus a sititng area with a cozy couch, flat screen TV and a lovely round dining table. A stone staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom, spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable queen size bed, night tables and a wide walk in closet. Also, this bedroom benefits from the prensence of its own en suite bathroom, newly redone and modern, featuring a spacious walk in shower. Another wonderful feature of this apartment is its private garden area: enjoy an aperitivo or just watch the sunsent laying back on one of the long chairs and breathe after a nice day of culture in the crowded town. In the district you can find all shops you need and many typical italian restaurants with less tourists than in the old town.
