Family-friendly house with fantastic views

The house is situated in a quiet residential area with fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. The bus station is very close. Parking is available free of charge. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, but the city of Lucerne can be reached in a short time by bus or car. By bus it is approx. 25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by car. The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground. The space It is a detached house with separate entrance. The house is located in beautiful Meggen with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The forest is just a 1-minute walk away. In the region you can walk/hike and cycle very nicely. During the summer the lake is quickly accessible. In winter, the nearest ski resort can be reached in 50 minutes by car. The apartment on the 2nd floor has 2 lockable bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the hallway on the 2nd floor there is another double bed (note: it is in the hallway and cannot be locked!) and a workstation (office desk). Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower/ bathtub/ toilet. Downstairs (basement) there is a bathroom (shower/toilet). The apartment is ideal for 4 people with children. The apartment is very suitable for families with children. We have 2 travel cots, there are toys for the children and a stair gate. There are 2 high chairs (Ikea and Tripptrapp) with bibs. Children's cutlery/dishes are also provided. There is also a baby nest and a crawling blanket for our very young guests. Guest access You have a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal. Internet and TV with many channels are provided. The garden seating invites you to linger. Laundry can be washed at any time. Other things to note There are no shops in the immediate vicinity of the house. It is a quiet residential area. We ask our guests to be quiet in the garden after 10 pm. We generally only recommend the apartment for guests with a car.
