House The apartment is divided into two levels (downstairs: two bedrooms, shower room) and (upstairs: living room with kitchen, terrace with garden and guest toilet). In the upper area is the fully equipped open kitchen with adjoining dining area. Thanks to a refined room layout, the dining area is somewhat separated from the living area. The living area invites you to relax with a high-quality couch and a flat-screen TV. From here you can also reach the south-west-facing, furnished terrace with private garden (approx. 100 m²). Two garden loungers offer relaxation here. A guest toilet with natural light completes the upper floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere all day. From the hallway, you can take a staircase to the basement. The larger separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. In the second bedroom, there is another comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a small alcove with storage space. The bathroom with window includes a shower, toilet and towel radiator. In the utility room, a washing machine is at the guests' disposal. Underfloor heating ensures additional feel-good comfort. Electric shutters ensure a pleasant sleeping atmosphere. Entertainment A large LED TV with cable connection and Blu-Ray player in the living room invites you to nice DVD evenings. An LED TV is also available in one bedroom. Wi-Fi access and stereo with radio/CD function are also part of the entertainment. Design & Style At 70 m², the apartment impresses with its modern industrial design made of stone, wood and metal. Large terrace fronts let in a lot of light and create an open, inviting atmosphere. Parking So that you do not have to search for a parking space on vacation, there is a private parking space directly in front of the house. Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the overnight price and will be charged separately. You are welcome to ask us about the prices in advance. The price range is between €1.55 - €3.50/night per person.
