Newly built house, in Perivola, fully equipped, A/C, bio-climatic, (designed by ECUAL architects' laboratory) with hudge terrace and eccelent sunset view, 15 min. walk from the sea. Perivola is a small village very close to the city of Aigina /main port (40 minutes walking distance, through very nice pathways) and the area is well known for the cultivation ot the pistachio trees, known in greek as aigina's pistacchio. Perivola e un paesino vicino alla citta di Aigina (3km) e al mare 15" a piedi The space The studio is in the 1st floor with autonomous entrance, very fresh in summer and warm in winter, with an wonderfull view all around. Guest access The visitors are free to walk in the vegetable garden and the pistachio trees' area in the back yard. Other things to note I appreciate water saving, because Aigina is an inland without water recourses. There is a composte bin in the garden for organic litter.
