The apartment is on an old building characteristic of the old town, and I would like to aware you the entrance to the building is quite old, but once you step in the flat, you will forget about that! The apartment has been completely refurbished, everything is new, bright and the sunny terrace is a big plus! The open-plan living space offers a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and a full equipped open kitchen. There you will find also a big table for 4. A glass door opens to the private terrace, featuring a table with chairs, and also 2 arm chairs and parasol, to relax on the sun. This is the ideal space for “al fresco dining” (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply lounging after a long day out sightseeing. In the bedroom area there is a comfy king-sized bed and a closet with enough room to put your clothes and luggage. Clean, fresh high-quality bed linen and towels are included. The towels supplied are for use in the loft only. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, little oven, microwave, Espresso Capsules coffee machine, juicer and a toaster. Of course, quality kitchenware and tableware are also provided. I also offer basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others) and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. At the modern bathroom and large standing shower, I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The WIFI high-speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.
