A new apartment with a very nice renovation! There is a double bed and a fold-out sofa. You can cook in the kitchen – it has everything you need. There is air conditioning, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. We have prepared towels, bathroom accessories, tea and coffee. A cozy corner for evening gatherings and a pleasant view from the window. 7 minutes by taxi to the sea!!! There is also a public transport stop near the house with a minimum interval! A unique place - the movie The Diamond Hand was filmed on the premises of the house! The space This is a very cozy and bright apartment with a fresh renovation. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Fresh linen and towels. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking. The apartment is located in a quiet area near the center. There is a park, cinema, supermarkets, shopping center, public transport stop with a minimum interval near the house. This is the perfect place to stay with family or friends!!! We value our guests, so our apartment is always perfectly clean!!! We will be glad to see you))) Guest access Airport transfer is available at an extra charge!
