Located in an area with good restaurants around, it has everything a couple, business traveler or family needs to have an unforgettable stay on the coast of Valencia. Private parking (€15 per day) The space My house is located on the ground floor of a new and modern beachfront building. It features a spacious living room, a terrace with stunning ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and an adjacent bathroom. The living room also offers a large drop-down bed (135x190 cm), a large flat screen TV, a DVD player with a small collection of movies, and a table with chairs. A sliding glass door gives access to the private terrace, with amazing ocean views, a table with chairs, and two hammocks to enjoy the views. This is the ideal place to eat outdoors (possibly all year round), enjoy a glass of Valencian wine or just relax after a day at the beach. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you may need to prepare a meal: cooking utensils, crockery, oven, microwave, ceramic, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. I also provide some cooking essentials such as sugar, salt, oil, detergent and some others to avoid the uncomfortable purchase of all of them. In the bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed (150x190cm) to ensure a good night's rest, a TV and closet with enough space for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the room, has a tub shower and washing machine. I provide complimentary bathroom amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, hand soap, and hand soap. Clean bedding and shower towels are also provided. Towels are provided for exclusive use inside the apartment, if you plan to go to the beach please bring your own towels. The internet connection will allow you to stay connected with yours at all times and even do some work if needed. If you need a travel cot for your baby, don't hesitate to ask (this one has an extra charge of €40 per stay).
