Villa in Marina di Mancaversa (LE) 9 km from Gallipoli and the equipped beaches, 400 meters from the sea, has a maximum of 9 beds. It consists of two bedrooms (with air conditioners), a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a large garden. Other things to note A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). - Linen not included (towels and sheets): Possibility of having linen for stays of at least 6 nights at a cost of €100 per stay, to be paid on site. - Pets are allowed on request, a fee of €70 may be payable on site. - Air conditioning included up to a maximum of 50 kwh of consumption (the accommodation is equipped with a separate meter for the split units), the excess part will be calculated by reading at a cost of 50 cents/kwh, to be paid on site. - Please respect the separate collection and keep the premises clean, especially for waste accumulation, the kitchenette and the dishes to avoid any deposit of €50 penalty, to be paid on site.
