The space Conveniently located just minutes away from shopping, Disney, and restaurants, our home offers the perfect base for exploring all that Orlando has to offer. The ground floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom, providing easy accessibility for guests. This spacious and inviting room is designed for ultimate relaxation. On the second floor, you'll find additional bedrooms that offer privacy and a peaceful night's sleep. There is a second king bedroom with an attached bath, a room with a full bed, and a kids' bedroom with two twin beds. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The living room is a cozy space where guests can unwind and spend quality time together. It features a sleeper sofa, allowing our home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. We understand the importance of convenience during your stay, which is why our home is equipped with in-home laundry facilities, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your vacation. Entertainment is never a problem with cable TV and high-speed internet included in our home. Stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks. It includes all the necessary appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide an initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays or larger groups, additional supplies can be easily obtained from nearby stores such as Walmart or Publix. Please note that there is a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc. ), payable directly to the resort after booking and before arrival. This fee helps maintain the high standards and amenities of the community. As part of our commitment to compliance, we kindly ask guests to sign a rental agreement. No smoking at all inside the house Pets: Pet fee is 25 per night or 100 per month. Please throw the trash bags in the dumpster in the front using proper 13 gallon approved bags (in Emerald Island only) You are still responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. Pets should not go on furniture- any damage by a pet is charged to the guest. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
