Beachfront apartment (direct beach access). Ideal for couples. Spectacular views of the sea, beach and Sisargas Islands. Basic services nearby (supermarket, pharmacy...). Quiet environment in winter and lively (not noisy) in summer. Nearby landmarks: Punta Nariga Lighthouse, Mens Church, Monte Neme, Muiños Ardeleiro, Verdes... It has a book exchange service (take one and leave another). Wifi. The month of July is rented by the month or fortnight. Ask for availability. The space The house can be accessed through two entrances: one is located on the main street (Emilio González); the other, on the beach promenade (you go down by elevator and have direct access to the beach via some stairs). Ideal setting to enjoy a few days of rest. The apartment has a small 6m² room with a 1.35m double bed (in January 2024 the old mattress was replaced with a new high-end one) and a 150cm sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, mini oven, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Book exchange service available (take one and leave another). Fireplace service not available. We offer bed linens, as well as towels and kitchen towels. It can accommodate up to four people, although two is ideal. Ideal setting for surfing lovers (surf school in town). Other water sports can be practiced in summer. Visits to the Sisargas Islands. The owner does not issue invoices to companies. Guest access Direct beach access via stairs located on the ground floor. Other things to note Access to housing: the entrance to the apartment is through the gate located on Avenida Emilio González, nº 68, not through the Paseo de la Playa gate entrance.
