The space The house has two entrances: the main one is on Avenida Emilio González, from where you can access the building's door via a slight descent. From this entrance, the apartment is at the access level, as if it were a ground floor. The second entrance is from the boardwalk: first you go up some stairs and then take the elevator to the fourth floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment has a bedroom with a 1.35 m double bed and a 1.50 m sofa bed in the living room, with a capacity for up to four people. The interior window in the bedroom provides light and allows you to enjoy the ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic stovetop, microwave, mini oven, air fryer, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and Nespresso coffee maker. Guest access The building has direct access to the promenade and the beach. When you leave the building, you will be by the sea, from where you can walk along the waterfront promenade to the bars, restaurants, terraces and other establishments in the village. During the summer, on some days of the week, several places prepare grilled sardines and steak on outdoor barbecues.
