Located in the historic & trendy Blackfriars neighbourhood, a short walk to downtown and minutes from Western University. In a 10 minute walk, you have Budweiser Gardens, Covent Garden Market (authentic farmers market- open 7 days a week ) , Harris Park, Labatt Park, The Forks of the Thames River, Children's Museum & Museum London. A 15 minute walk to Richmond Row (heart of London's Entertainment and restaurant district), Victoria Park, Centennial Hall & Grand Theatre. The space You'll enter off a large front porch into a completely updated & modern space. There are three large bedrooms with luxury sheets, space to hang and store your belongings and trendy decor. There is a full kitchen - fridge, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher - completely stocked with all you will need during your stay. A revived yellow exposed brick wall frames your warm & inviting dining space. The common space includes a beautiful couch with a TV equipped with Chromecast. A washer and dryer is available on the main floor. There is a sunroom to the rear of the house which leads to the large backyard equipped with a brand new BBQ. We do not offer the unit unfurnished. Guest access The luxurious downtown 3 bedroom space is the main floor of a historic and completely updated yellow brick home in the trendy Blackfriars Neighbourhood of London. A separate 2 bedroom upstairs unit is also listed on Airbnb. A single lane 3 car drive way is shared between the two units. Unless agreed to with possible guests in the other unit, please do not block cars in. The back yard is for exclusive use of the main floor unit only. Other things to note We do not offer the unit unfurnished. If certain items are requested to be removed we will consider this on a case by case basis and there will be additional charges ($200/room minimum) for removal and reassembling the furniture.
