This is to ensure that nobody other than the people who should be there are there. Drugs, smoking, or parties are NOT permitted. During the months of October through May, the nights in the desert may be cooler which affects the pool water temperature during the day. If, at any time of year, you prefer to have the pool heated, the cost is $80 per day, and will be charged after you have made a reservation. Pets - We allow dogs, subject to approval, with an additional fee of $100/dog (2 dog limit). Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a secure crate. Please keep dogs off all furniture, including beds. And of course, all guests must pick up after your pets (failure to do so will be subject to an additional $50 cleaning fee). You must be 25 years of age to rent this home. Max occupancy is 6 people total. This is strictly enforced by the city based on property size. Extra guests or friends of guests who are not listed in check-in are strictly prohibited. Palm Springs noise ordinances are STRICTLY ENFORCED. This includes new laws regarding noise that have been put into effect which indicate “ there be no amplified music out of doors. ” If violated you will be subject to $500 fine for first violation and $1000 for second violation”. You, as the renter will be responsible for these fines. Also, as part of the new laws, if we receive a call from local authorities and are requested by them to come to the property at any time, renter will be charged $250 and face possible immediate eviction. By booking, you acknowledge that you are at least 25 years of age and you agree to sign and return a written Vacation Rental Agreement and copy of your government issued photo ID no later than 48 hours prior to date of occupancy. ID verification is required. If date of booking is within 48 hours of occupancy, the rental agreement must be signed and returned upon receipt for immediate filing with the city. All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, insuring renters are over the age of 25 (minimum age for all guests is 25 unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian), and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance. Parking Notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles, which is also the maximum as dictated by the city of Palm Springs. Guest access We have a driveway and a garage that can fit up to three cars. There are rideshare services like Lyft or Uber to help you get around. Other things to note Pool heating is recommended Oct - April and it is $80 per night during your stay. Heating of pool MUST be requested no later than the day before check-in as it takes up to 12 hours to heat the pool. This fee is NOT included in the nightly rate and you will be charged separately.
