The space Surrounded by golf courses and gardens, between Marbella and Estepona, it is the perfect quiet place to spend the summer, it is located in an exclusive residential area of Guadalmina, with a luxurious, charming and relaxed atmosphere. As you can see in the photos, the apartment has the following spaces: -A large terrace of 20 meters decorated with summer dining and chill out area. -A living-dining room area with sofa, television and dining area for 4 people. -A separate and fully equipped kitchen. On the other hand, the sleeping area is divided into: * 1 master bedroom with double bed of 180cm, en suite bathroom and television. * 1 second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm and double closet. The 2 bathrooms have a bathtub each (one is ensuite). It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. The property is located just 15 minutes walk from Guadalmina beach and 3km from San Pedro de Alcántara beach, a sandy beach with a unique eucalyptus grove, which goes practically to the shore itself, and a number of palm trees that adorn its beautiful promenade. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. It has heating and air conditioning through ducts in all rooms that is controlled by thermostat in the living room. Moreover, you will have access to a shared swimming pool open from may to october, with the following opening hours: from 10:00 to 20:00. For entering you will need a chip that we will give you. NO lifeguard. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents. Finally, as a special advisor due to the pandemic, we advise you to keep a certain distance from the non cohabitants. It has two parking spaces: one in a basement with direct access by elevator and the other outside without assigned parking space. If you are coming during the summer, you will have access to the owner's community swimming pool. Now, it is closed.
