Mare's Nest The space The cost of the overnight stay includes the "Salento breakfast" for two people which can be requested in the apartment or at the Bar Canneto located under the house. The Loft is located in an ancient building of XIX centuries, on the first floor. It’s totally renovated and it's located in the heart of the historical center of Gallipoli. It's located at the end of the main street, called Corso Roma and next to the ancient bridge of XVII centuries that connect the island of Gallipoli to the mainland. Gallipoli is a 24h/7 nonstop city and the house is really close to all kind of services. Within a kilometre you can reach restaurants, bars, pubs, lounge bars, the wholesale fish market, pizzerias, supermarket, banks, cinemas and the historical beach of Gallipoli, called The Purity. The building is located in Seno del Canneto, the Ancient Port of Gallipoli, and the close Ancients Fountain and old Saint Mary of Canneto Church, built in the half part of 1600. The loft is very comfortable for max 4 people and it's composed of one bedroom with a king-size bed and the main room with a sofa bed suited for two people, a kitchenette with fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle, and a bathroom with shower. All-day long you will hear fishermen chatting by the windows. It's a magical, vital place, do not recommend for the ones who love quite and silence especially during summer time. By the way, if you would get away from the noises of the city you need just to close the window and turn on the A/C. During the autumn, winter, and summer season the perfumes of the sea became much stronger and it will be more interesting to discover the ancient old town of Gallipoli between wind and traditions. The house is just 50 metres away from the bus stop. Do not need any car to reach the places because everything is very close and you can reach almost every services by foot. If you have a car you can park close to the apartment or during busy season there is the Port of Gallipoli where you can park your car.
