We offer a comfortable second (top) floor in our house nearby the city center of about 25 square m in a quiet street. Public transport, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The space has a own kitchen, a private toilet a shared bathroom and garden. The space We offer a comfortable " non smoking " second (top) floor room, in our home, nearby the city center of about 25 square meters in a quiet street. Public transport in the street, shops, self service laundry and restaurants are within walking distance (5 min). The space has one double bed for two persons and its own kitchen. Your private toilet and the shared bathroom are on the first floor. You have to buy and prepare your own food, breakfast and diner. Coffee and tea will be there. Pots and pans are available. Towels, shampoo etc. are also included. The space: It is a private floor with a nice double bed, big TV, and a kitchen with a fridge, toaster, coffee machine and more.... Furthermore it is fully refurbished and we'll make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay and a good night sleep. Parking: Payed parking in the street is possible. During your stay We love to meet people, but the most important thing is that you feel well in our home. So we are flexible. We make sure, you can contact us any time. During your stay, you are free to come and go at any time. Other things to note In our street are very nice and good restaurants, Turkish, French/Spanish, italian, Buthan, mexican, Cafe/restaurant “ het Rozenknopje”, with every now and then live music. Within 5 minutes, there is also a supermarket. biological food market, and a Turkish food shop. Nearby in De Hoogstraat 116 is a bakery for breakfast. Ask us if you want more information! After a 15 minutes walk direction city center, there are plenty more restaurants. Around our place, there are some beautiful parks, where you can walk, run, or have a picnic. In one of the parks is an biological farm, with a shop. Here you can visit the animals an have a coffee or an ice cream, buy meat and cheese etc.. There is also a historical museum in the park. Interested in secondhand shops, there are some nearby. We live about 10 -15 minutes walking from the city center, Philips football stadium, 20 minutes from central station. In walking distance are several museums, Van Abbe museum,Philips museum, an in-/outdoor swimming pool. Special for Eindhoven are: “Dutch Design week” every year in October “ Light festival “Glow” every November. And several music festivals. Every third weekend of the month, there is a feelgood [creative,hippy market] on "strijp S". In the city center is a big market every tuesday from 8-14hrs. Every Saturday morning there is a big market near the center "Woenselsemarkt" And off course we do have a lot off shops in he centre of the city and on “Strijp S” formal old Philips factories. Getting around Our house is central located near the heart of the city. In a very safe and characteristic area. Only 5 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, a park, and 10-15 min walk to the center off the city. 20 min walk to the central station of Eindhoven. The Bus (no 15 and 16) to the center/station and to a hospital stops on 3 locations in our street. From the central station there is a special bus to the airport. (no 400 or 401)
