Charming older brick house in Yngsjö village but still in the middle of nature with forest up to the back of the plot. Private garden for socializing or relaxing with barbecue grill. Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything one needs. The space The house is simply decorated in a cozy older style. A large bedroom with a comfortable 180 bed. A smaller bedroom/office with a sofa bed (140 cm) and extra mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Large dining table in the living room, which is otherwise two divided with a half wall and curtain into sofa bed no. 2 (140cm as a bed). A small guest toilet (picture), one shower room and one bathroom with toilet and bathtub, as well as a laundry room with washing machine. Parking is spacious and the entrance is easily accessible. The garden is secluded with forest next to the back. Final cleaning, bed linens and towels are not included but can be requested in the chat. Guest access Own large parking right outside the door. Less than 1 km to the bus stop, with buses to Åhus/Kristianstad or towards Simrishamn. Wide and pleasant bike path through the woods to Åhus and also further south. Other things to note 3 steps to entrance door. Dog hair is guaranteed in the house... Bed linens and towels are not included in normal rental. If desired, we rent out for SEK 200 per person.
