Large studio apartment for 2, inside Agriturismo Montemenardo, with bathroom with crystal shower and natural stones, in the countryside 12 km from Todi, at Agriturismo Montemenardo. Bio Agriturismo Montemenardo is located in the countryside of Todi, surrounded by the green hills of Umbria. The farmhouse consists of a stone farmhouse surrounded by its annexes where there are apartments and accommodations of various sizes that can accommodate 2 to 5 people. The accommodations all have independent entrances, those in the main house are in rustic Umbrian style, while those in the annexes have a more contemporary style. Next to the farmhouse, the building converted from an old barn, which houses the reception. In the large garden that houses the estate, the outdoor swimming pool, panoramic, overlooks our olive grove and the surrounding hills, dotted with villages and castles. The farm is family-run, our family has been running the farm for generations, and the passion for agriculture has been added to that for hospitality that led to a renovation of the farmhouse and the annexes that made up the farm, and the opening of the farmhouse in 1993; since then we are happy to host all those who wish to know our land and our organic products, and who wish to spend a holiday in total relaxation surrounded by nature. Thanks to our passion for the territory and Umbrian traditions, we still continue to cultivate typical local products, including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spelt and Legumes, to which we have added innovative and experimental crops such as Flax, Safflower and Coriander.
