Other things to note ★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS★ ☑ A signed Rental Agreement is required as per local ordinance City Of 29 Palms 19.41. A link to the Rental Agreement will be sent via Airbnb messaging after you make a reservation. ☑ A valid photo ID or Passport is required as part of the agreement. ☑ We require a Security Deposit, which is allowed for software-connected hosts like us through OwnerRez (a Preferred+ Partner of Airbnb). The Security Deposit will be processed as a Hold Authorization the day prior to arrival. You will receive further instructions on submitting the Security Deposit after booking. ☑ We use OwnerRez for processing rental agreements and security deposits to ensure your privacy and data protection. Rest assured, your information is securely handled. ★ FIRE BAN ★ Due to the current San Bernardino County fire ban, wood-burning fires, campfires, charcoal fires, fire pits, and any outdoor open flames are not permitted during your stay. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. There is a camera located above the double garage door, pointing towards the driveway and street. There are NO cameras inside the house! ★ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE ★ Our home is located one block from Hwy 62 so there is potential for noise from vehicles on the road. Additionally, our vacation rental is located in close proximity to a military base in 29 Palms. As a result, there may be occasional noise from military exercises or aircraft flying overhead. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but please be aware that this is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and hope that it won't detract from your overall enjoyment of your stay. ★ SEPTIC SYSTEM ★ To help us maintain our septic system, we kindly request that guests refrain from disposing of anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, and avoid putting any food waste or other items down the kitchen sink drain. This will help prevent any issues with the plumbing and ensure that our system runs smoothly throughout your stay.
