The space Bron-Y-Dre offers three stylish double bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring stunning sea views. The bathroom is a luxurious retreat, complete with a roll-top copper boat bath and a separate shower for ultimate relaxation. The lounge is a cosy hideaway with large windows showcasing the beautiful sea views, complemented by a wood-burning stove for added warmth and charm. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals using the high-end Smeg electric oven. Outside, you'll find a spacious paved area, a private lawn for enjoying the outdoors, and parking available for two cars. Other things to note Please be aware that our property, like much of New Quay, is situated on a hill. While this offers spectacular views and places you close to the coast, it does come with a slight drawback. If you have mobility issues, please consider that there is a small change of level (one step) on the ground floor and some steep sections of road leading to the property. For those concerned, there is a circular access road all the way down to the beach and harbour with parking available, and there is parking at the property itself.
