Stunning Salcombe Home - great views-free parking

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. We have tried to anticipate your every need, toiletries, books/games, beach toys, wet suits, picnic rugs, flasks. Parking for 2 cars means no driving around trying to find a space. Read our reviews. The space Our guests comment on how well equipped our house is. You can pack light for your trip to Salcombe. The beds are all very comfortable. The twin can be made up as a 6ft zip linked super-king bed. The top floor gives a couple extra privacy and stunning views a king size bed, separate bathroom and good size desk with super fast fibre broadband means you can work (if you really have to). The bunk room has 3ftx6ft bunks which is great for children, young adults or a 'flexible', older adult. In the large garage you will find a tandem kayak, wetsuits, crabbing lines and lots of other 'toys' to enjoy this very special location. There is a tumble dryer, an extra fridge freezer for drink and bbq food and drying lines in the garage, perfect for all your wet beach gear. Outside there is a private garden which is a suntrap and is equipped with garden furniture, a bbq and space for a boat or trailer to be stored. Guest access We will give you our key safe number close to your arrival with information on the house. A welcome pack with information on the local area and information in the house will be waiting for you. We have created an off-road parking space in front of the property to ensure that there are no concerns about parking outside the house. Additionally there is a further parking space for a second car in the large garage at the back of the house. Outside of peak season there is usually on street parking. Other things to note There is teas, coffee, sugar, an espresso machine and ice in the freezer. There will be oils and seasonings for you. There is a convenience store that is extremely well stocked at the end of the street which is open early with freshly baked goods and stays open until 10pm. Bring your own beach towels. We are happy for guests to bring a well-behaved dog but please let us know of your intention at the time of booking - additional dogs are subject to agreement and may incur a supplement to the cleaning fee.
