The basement suite features a bedroom, full bath, living area, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Polished concrete floors throughout the finished basement areas and lovely rustic wood decor. There is a wine lounge with a built in bar and a game room with a ping pong table and darts in the unfinished parts of the basement and you are free to enjoy these areas as well. Step outside to your private covered patio where there is a swing. 4 acre property with almost an acre fenced in the backyard. Guest access Plenty of parking on the grass or gravel beside fence. You'll have your own access through the side gate to the backyard and key pad to enter the basement. Other things to note Owner works from home. A Weimaraner also lives here and shares the fenced in yard. He is let out several times a day and he roams the entire backyard. Pets are considered at host’s discretion, you must message for approval and a pet fee will apply. We do have an XL crate available for use if your pet is approved and crate is needed. You should note that there is a music studio in part of the finished basement, however, you should not need to access or use any of that equipment. Additionally, please let us know if there will be any guest or visitors who are not listed in the rental agreement as this is our home and we need to know who is coming in and out. Lastly, no smoking inside the basement apartment. 2 adults, a child, and the Weimaraner live here.
