70 m2 2-bedroom apartment, 5-minute walk to the ski slopes ("Casse du Bœuf" chairlift, "Aravet" cable car) and shops, accommodating up to 6 guests. The property was refurbished in 2018. Key collection is provided by Mrs. Bréchu (apartment manager). For any stay of 6 nights minimum, linen rental is free. The space To facilitate your check-in, an inventory is available. For meals: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher (detergent not included), squeegee, electric coffee maker, croque monsieur/grill, plancha, fondue set, steamer, Tassimo®, immersion blender... Washing machine (washing product not included) and dryer. Baby equipment: folding crib, stroller, adaptable snack chair, high chair to assemble, potty, toilet adapter. Leisure: board games and a DVD player. A ski locker with a padlock is located in the basement (code written in the Airbnb welcome message and in the apartment) The numerical code to enter the building will be sent to you after booking confirmation (as well as the lockbox code if arriving outside the manager's hours). A guest book is available. Guest access Entire apartment available except 1 closet in each bedroom as well as a wardrobe. Other things to note The price of cleaning (€90) is included in the stay. You will be asked for compensation if damage is found. No linens are provided (toilet, bedding, dishes, etc.) for stays of less than 6 nights. - Guests wishing to rent linen (bedding + toilet + dishes pack) must provide €20 for an 80 cm bed and €24 for a 160 cm bed (2 people). - Guests who do not wish to rent the linen will have to bring a fitted sheet, duvet cover OR sheet, pillowcase, bath and dish towels according to the following dimensions: * Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm + 1 duvet 240 x 260 cm. * Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm + 2 duvets of 140 x 200 cm OR 1 bed of 160 x 200 cm (by bringing the 2 beds together) + 1 duvet of 240 x 260 cm. * Convertible: 140 x 200 cm + 1 duvet 240 x 260 (protection as well as the duvet are present in the sofa box). No Wi-Fi in the apartment. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL.
