The space The Côte-Fleurie villa is a charming house, built in 1910 by a family of perfumers and completely renovated. It is located in the historic village of Bar sur Loup, a quiet and typical village of the Grasse hinterland, ideally located to discover the sea and mountains. The flowery coast villa has a garden, wooded, flowery and fragrant and a large terrace with unobstructed views of the wolf valley. The villa is on 3 levels: the apartment, totally independent, is on the ground floor of the villa with private entrance and terrace for tenants. The entrance is via a staircase and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Details: - an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, storage, two double glazed windows and direct opening to the terrace and garden view. - a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Equipment: microwave oven, Nespresso and Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove + all the necessary utensils to cook, eat on site or picnic.
