We change all bath towels, hand towels, bed sheets and pillow cases each time before new guests arrive. We clean our condo following 5-star hotel procedures. 4. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests and we need honest guests to help us run this accommodation. Moreover, security guards may not let undisclosed guest(s) in. 5. I appreciate those inquiries asking if they could hold birthday family lunch / dinner here. We feel honored! However, we do not want to do it this way as the unit should always be made ready for travelers and vacationers. Thank you. 6. No parties, no smoking and no pets inside the condo. Pets are not allowed by One Oasis. You may communicate with One Oasis management to rent the clubhouse by hours if you want a birthday party / wedding party (for example). One Oasis will charge a fee for that. House Rules: We are La COOL Condotel. This Pac-man home is in One Oasis Condominium. Here are rules imposed by both of us: • Bringing undeclared guests is not allowed. All guests must be declared during booking so that security guards will let all your accompanying guests in. • CCTVs are installed in common areas of One Oasis Condominium. • Hanging clothes in Balcony is prohibited, you will get penalize by One Oasis management . • If you need to Hang clothes there is a cage on the roof top. Our staff will give you the key and will show you how to use it. . No food or drink in the bedrooms. It may attract insects esp. Ants . No eating in the bedrooms, food or drink might spill and may leave stain on the bedsheets and mattress. • Be kindly reminded that any lost, broken or damaged items, including stained sheets/towels/cushions will be charged to your account / security deposit. • Partying is prohibited in the premise. • Pets are not allowed in the premise. • No smoking inside our unit, no smoking in the balcony/terrace area also. • No smoking inside any residential buildings of the condominium community. • There is a designated smoking area behind the clubhouse. • Toy mini-museum displays items are for photo-taking and enjoyment purposes only. They are not for sale and do not take them away. • Any missing items or damaged items of board games / games / books / toys of the toy’s mini-museum will result in charge to guests’ account / security deposit. • Importantly, any missing toys from the toy’s mini-museum (both toys inside and on top of the museum display) will result in a penalty of P2000 (pesos) / $40 (USD) per missing item in addition to the replacement cost(s) of the missing item(s). • Any missing board games / games / books / mini-billiard will result in a penalty of P2000 (pesos) / $40 (USD) penalty per missing items in addition to the replacement cost(s) of the missing item(s). • Turn off and unplug all electronic devices and cooking appliances when not in use. If you forget to turn off electronic devices and cooking appliances, it may cause overheating and start a fire while you are away. EXCEPT for the refrigerator, DO NOT unplug refrigerator. • Close windows, lock front door when you leave the condo. Rain and thieves may come in if you forget to do so. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ items. • For security matter, we do not send our staff to your unit without communicating with you first. Therefore, do not let suspicious individuals in. • Please watch for your young kids, if any, while in the premise. • For Microwave: Do not put plastic or metallic utensils, aluminum foil inside the microwave oven. Doing so causes melting, sparks or fire; and it is very dangerous. • While cooking, don’t forget to turn on the cooking exhaust / range hood. The heat from cooking may otherwise trigger the smoke alarm. It could disturb neighbors. • One Oasis disallows cooking of food that emit too much smell. For example, frying dried fishes may emit too much smell. Chinese stinky tofu also emits a lot of smell. Otherwise, cooking American breakfast or Filipino breakfast are both fine. • Do not throw your Food Residue/Food Waste on the kitchen sink. • Always use the Sink Drain Strainer every time you wash your dishes to prevent sink from clogging. • One Oasis condominium observes quiet hours between 10pm and 8 am. • Garbage Disposal: The management of One Oasis no longer collect garbage from condo to condo. This means that tenants have to dispose of their garbage and plastic bags at the garbage bins located right outside of building 5. If you cannot locate its whereabouts, please ask security guards or One Oasis personnel. • A one-time fee of $20 USD or 1000 pesos will be charged for cleaning the entire condo, including changing sheets, pillow cases and towels. If you need this service during your stay, please let us know 1 day ahead. • A one-time fee of $6 usd or 300 pesos will be charged for just changing all sheets, pillow cases and towels. If you need this service, please let us know 1 day ahead. • For long-term guests, we change sheets, pillow cases and towels once a week for no additional charge. If you want to include cleaning service there will be a cleaning fee of P2000 or $40 every time you need the place to be cleaned. (Long-term means staying for over 30 days.) • For long-term guests, we will deduct overage of electricity bill over 3500 pesos and overage of water bill over 500 pesos for the month from security deposit. • We provide some snack, refrigerated beverage, and microwavable food for sale. Please leave payments inside the box provided. • WIFI name and password will be provided by Airbnb via email after completion of booking. • Food deliveries: You may download the app, FoodPanda, and Grab for food delivered to you. • There are also a number of good local restaurants near Pac-man condo. Most of them are only 8-12 minutes of walking distances away. • Once booked, please check for email from Airbnb. We will ask for your arrival time so that our staff member can greet you at the entrance of One Oasis Condominium. • Check-in time starts from 3 pm to 10 pm. If you have to check in after 10pm, there is a fee of P500 or $10 for that. • For check-out: Please inform host a day before your estimated check-out time. Our last check-out time is 11am; and if you check out later than this time, a fee will be charged if you do not let us know ahead of time. First hour late check-out will result in penalty of P1000/$20. Subsequent late check-out hours will result in penalty of P1000/$20 per hour. • Lastly, thank you once again for choosing us. You may enjoy a nice view of Cebu city and the harbor of Cebu while travelling on Osmena Bridge from the airport. It used to be free of charge, but there were too many people in pools when it was free. Fees also help enable superb maintenance. The swimming pools are very nice. [/] Parking • Free parking is from 8 am to 10 pm at the back of the clubhouse (limited spaces only) • For overnight parking, park-per-pay slots are available outside of the main gate. However, I have been informed by One Oasis Management that they now only let owners or long-term guests (who stay for more than 29 days) use it since the gym area has been abused. Please check with One Oasis Management to confirm. Other things to note Pre-Check-in Requirement: Please provide in advance complete names of all guests and a copy of at least (1) valid ID from the guest contact person. Please send these requirements at least 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in if you are booking in advance. If your booking is made on the same day as your scheduled check-in, please send these requirements immediately after confirming your reservation.
