Spacious double in newly refurnished house

My place is close to The Brockley Jack Studio Theatre. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the quiet, the colours. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space Hello traveller, I am renting out my beautiful, spacious double bedroom in my newly refurbished lovely maisonette when I am away travelling. There are two floors, with plenty of storage downstairs, and the flat is at the first floor. My double room is large, airy, and comes with some lovely wooden furniture, a rustic chunky double bed with 4 drawers, a big wardrobe (pls be gentle with the sliding doors!) and a desk. The rest of the flat comprises a bright colourful living room, a modern kitchen and a lovely big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, there's a large paved garden to chill. There is a lodger living at the property, an Italian guy who is very chilled and who comes with a super sweet and peaceful dog, Ruud, who basically sleeps 20 hrs a day and is always ready to be cuddled. Transport wise, I am 3 minutes walk from Crofton Park, with trains to Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars, Farringdon and King's Cross, and 11 minutes walk from Honor Oak Park with all its trains and overground connections. In 10 minutes you can be in London Bridge, in 35 to Tottenham Crt Rd, in 25 to whitechapel and Shoreditch. There are also night buses that would leave you just outside my place. In other words: well connected, cheerful, newly refurbished and a place to call and treat like a home. Guest access You will be given a set of keys on arrival, so that you can come and go whenever you wish. During your stay If I'm renting out my room, it means I'm generally away, but will be available on the phone or email for any questions you might have.
