Bellingham Homestead - Garden Cottage

Our newly renovated, Garden Cottage, is a Comfortable, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Self-Catering Cottage, ideal for Families, or Singles, enjoying a Breakaway for a Weekend or a Holiday. Set in a Magnificent expansive Garden, where Guests can relax and enjoy their stay. Free Wi-Fi is available to Guests throughout the Common Ground. Being Rural, we have ADSL Wi-Fi. This is an ideal, Affordable, Holiday Home in the Heart of the Cape Winelands. The space This cottage is newly renovated with new floors and newly fitted kitchen. Guests have the entire Cottage for their Use, during their stay. There is a stairwell of 3 stairs leading down to the Second Bedroom and Bathroom, from the Living area. The Exclusive Use Outdoor patio is accessible from both the Second Bedroom and from the Outside of the Cottage. The Outside Access to the Patio, is on even ground, there are no stairs. Bellingham Homestead has wonderful Spaces to relax and enjoy the Outdoors! Loungers, Chairs and Dining Tables are provided at the Swimming Pool. There are an array of Benches and spaces throughout the Gardens to enjoy some quiet time. All our cottages are on Solar but during loadshedding the kitchen area is not connected to the solar system, but there will be lights, TV and certain plugs to charge your cellphone or laptop. Guest access Guests have full Exclusive Use Access to Garden Cottage, it is not a shared space with Me or other Guests, only those who are in their Own Party of Guests or Family Other things to note * We have ADSL Wifi - being a Rural area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the common Ground and on the Patio's of most Cottages. * Camp Cot is available on Request, at no Charge to Guests. We provide a Bottom Sheet, we ask that Mom and Dad provide the rest of Baby's bedding. * All Adult Guests will be required to provide a copy of their ID in the form of a Valid Passport, ID Book, ID Card or Driver's Licence. The Copy must be clear and legible. Where an ID Card or Drivers Licence is provided - please ensure that BOTH sides of the Card are sent to us.
