The Gîte de Dugats welcomes you in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne forest, in a 60-hectare clearing, located about 80 km from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from the Arcachon Bay. Ideal rental house for a vacation and rejuvenation stay with family or friends! Hosting pets is negotiable and MAXIMUM 14 people! In winter -> Only one house available: 10 guests only Count a heating surplus (meter reading on arrival and departure) The space The house is in the spirit of Landes houses, then modernized later with the construction of a veranda that allows an additional living room, offering a view of the entire property and conducive to beautiful summer and winter evenings. In this place, there is no fear of noise because you won't disturb anyone! It is always rented with the small neighboring house which has a double bedroom with a 160 bed and another smaller 140 bed, kitchenette and small living room that can be used as an office, a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Single-story access. Warning: sheets, towels, soaps to bring!
