This house is a 5 minute walk from the desirable Smithdown Road which is handy for an evening meal out, drink in a bar or to pick up some shopping from Aldi/Asda. This property has ample roadside parking available & hosts a fully equipped kitchen. The space This house is made up of 3 large double bedrooms, 1 single room, 1 bathroom & a large open plan kitchen/lounge with breakfast bar. It also has a small back yard. I've designed this space to be comfy and relaxing so you can chill out on your stay. Wavertree Playground Park entrance is directly opposite my house which is perfect for a morning run, picnic in the park or an evening stroll. If you have children this is a perfect spot to entertain them for an hour or so. After some time at the beach? Formby Beach is a short 35 minute drive from my house - if you're a member of the National Trust parking is free! Otherwise its a daily charge of £7.50. Guest access I can check you in personally or there is a lockbox onsite.
