The unit is a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment under a family home. A family live above the unit and the general noises of family life would be heard below. The unit is entirely separate with your own entrance and own back yard and outdoor area. There are a set of bunks as seen in the picture but it really is a one bedroom unit with a set of bunk beds in what otherwise would be an entrance or laundry. Pets are permitted with a fenced yard. It is a great affordable option that allows outdoor pets Guest access The tenant upstairs is happy to have guests and to help you if you need anything. They are a co-host are helping to manage the unit. Other things to note We ask that guests with dogs dispose of the dogs deposits. There is a shovel provided on the property and you can throw it all deep into the back yard if needed.
