Also on the ground floor is the first double bedroom overlooking the garden, the bathroom with a large shower, bidet and toilet. The washing machine is located inside the bathroom. Upstairs, we find the second bedroom with a double bed and a sea view. Guest access Guests have access to a parking space adjacent to the property and access through a gate to access the beach. Other things to note The house is located very close to the border with France, in a few minutes you can reach Menton and the French Riviera. In just over twenty minutes you will be in Monte Carlo.
