VILLA FRACASSINI is a centuries' old home that will enchant you with its traditional style: stone walls, red bricks, an hidden water well behind the elevator... there is fusion of antique and modern style. But mostly, you will fall in love with the atmosphere of this small Tuscan village. Non touristic route, Pergine Valdarno, will show you the normal everyday life of the locals going to get an espresso in the morning or buying their fresh bread. everyone will make you feel welcome! The space Your private villa right in the centre of a very old little town in the heart of Tuscany. Non touristy. The house stands on two floors, with bedrooms on the 1st floor and living area downstairs. The house has an ELEVATOR that link the two floors, perfect for low mobility or wheel chairs! Private garden: patio, covered by grapevine, a relaxing corner with a comfy sofa and a cozy al fresco dining; outside toilet, w/shower and laundry equipment. The garden is carefully decorated with plants and fruit tree, it has a swimming pool and space to lay down and relax! Kitchen is fully equipped and modern; living area with sofas and big LCD screen with Amazon Fire Stick - smart TV. Dining table and chairs. WiFi network covers all the property. First floor: you can find three bedrooms (2 double rooms and one twin room) All bedrooms have ensuite and A/C and mosquito nets. Guest access If you like to discover local life, this is for you. The village has everything you need: upon arrival we will take you for a short tour around so you can really feel welcome into our small community! Very quiet and calm place, with very welcoming people, stunning views and typical products: olive oil is highly produced here and very famous for its production. Excellence also in wine and cheese. A very authentic and quiet place in Tuscany, ideal to rest and yet very central to move around the main visiting sites of the region: Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all their lands! Other things to note Any damage to the property or excessive dirt will be deducted from the security deposit. In case the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €25/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence. Additionally, a €50 charge will apply if guests fail to dispose of their trash.
