The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets, parks, and close to the iconic Montmartre district, as well as Saint-Lazare train station. The space The apartment features a bright, private living room, a cozy kitchen, and 3 bedrooms (including a large one on the mezzanine level under the roof), providing sleeping accommodations for 5 people in two double beds and one single bed (see photos). The kitchen has a large family table with 8 seats and perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, hob, range hood, dishwasher, toaster). The living room will offer everything you need to relax (TV with Netflix, speaker, DVD player, wifi connection, large libraries full of novels, art books and DVDs). Those who need to work can sit at one of the three desks (located in the two downstairs bedrooms and in a corner of the living room). One of the bedrooms also includes children's games to suit everyone's needs. The apartment is on the sixth and top floor (no elevator) and offers a magnificent view of the rooftops of Paris (and part of the Eiffel Tower). It is quiet (there is no one above) and located in a lively area, 100 m from the Brochant metro station (line 13), 200 m from the Cardinet station (line 14, which goes directly to Les Halles, Gare de Lyon, or Orly Airport), and 500 m from the Place de Clichy station (lines 13 and 2). It is at the foot of all shops, organic fruit and vegetable market, designer shops, restaurants, park with green space, sports grounds and children's games, cinemas, gym, yoga room. It is a great place to visit or stay in Paris having the pleasure of meeting at home in the evening. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. The rental is for a minimum of 7 days.
