The apartment is unique in town for kids ammenities and their special place to feel home alike and pampered. The space Two bedroom, one large living room & two terraces 110 sq.m air conditioned apartment, newly build property, decorated in 2017. It features free, good WI-FI access, furnished balconies. First bedroom with bed-linen, big wardrobe with hangers & mirror incorporated, iron board & iron. Baby crib is also available. Second bedroom is kids room with 2 bed one of which with sliding recration for small children and two more portable beds for extra guests. Big wardrobe for kids & children sea toys and plastic swimming pools available for sweet little guests. Living room includes a smart tv connected with Wifi, ideal for netflix use,Youtube ect, 2 sofa & 2 armchairs, and a floor lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and a dinning area incorporated in the kitchen island. There are also enough dishes to use for cooking/baking including fushion juicer, blender for small babies. Baby high chair is included in the seats of dinning table. Private bathroom includes shower, a wc, a washing machine, a hair-dryer, shampoo, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries and washing detergents are provided free. There is a free parking and the building is equipped with elevators. Guest access The apartment is private and for your own sole use. A small public beach visible from balcony can be used and is free of charge. Other beaches nearby are private beaches and extra payment is required.
