On 2 floors, both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and give access to the pool area. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and access to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own wardrobes and air conditioning. Going up a flight of stairs, there is the first floor consisting of a very comfortable living room, with dining area and open-plan kitchen: fully furnished and equipped, including all cooking utensils. Living area with Tv, Dvd player and iPod dock, as well as WiFi internet. Small balcony - south-facing, overlooking the pool and garden area. West-facing terrace offers beautiful countryside views and a glimpse of the sea. Ideal for outdoor dining but also for sitting and relaxing. This terrace is protected from the wind by a glass panel.
