Description
Noyadd Trefawr is a characterful Grade II* listed Welsh gentry house dating back to the C15th but extensively remodelled in 1820. It sits in 10 acres of parkland looking over a lake and ancient woodland and old quarries. It is very peaceful and beautiful, with land to explore, birds to watch and different garden areas. It is 5 miles from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches and 10 minutes' drive to either Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn for cafes, shops and adventures on the beautiful river Teifi. Edit The space This is one of three B&B rooms in the main house and a holiday cottage available to guests on Airbnb. The room is newly decorated to a luxurious standard with new central heating, Egyptian cotton sheets, organic cotton towels and organic products used as much as possible. We use as much local produce as possible in our breakfasts. Breakfast is served in the panelled Georgian dining room and you are welcome to share use of the Drawing room. There are no televisions in the bedrooms, but one in the Drawing Room. There are books, records, games and a log fire in the winter. We are a licensed premises with a menu for you to purchase a range of drinks. Guest access Parking is in the parking area near the inner gateposts. Other things to note We hope you will enjoy the selection of drinks on our menu. Please note that a small corkage charge will be made if guests bring their own wine.
