Welcome to "Aux portes de la baie" Just 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, this large cottage is ideal for organizing your family stay. Enjoy the private 42° heated Nordic bath and garden to relax. Complete your stay with different options (extended stay, bathrobe rental, etc.) The space Ideally located in the countryside to discover the Normandy and Breton coasts, this house is a large farmhouse that we have renovated and equipped with a relaxation area. This accommodation is adjoining the "Brittany" gîte Shared garden (playground for children under 10 years old) "TY KOZH" Gîte - On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (see amenities) and a dining room with living room and fireplace. - On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom (bed 160 x 200), 1 bedroom (bed 140 x 190). 1 crossing room with sofa bed 2 people and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub) - 2 powder rooms. - On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom (1 bed 90 x 190) and 1 bedroom with (2 beds 90 x 190). - Outside, 1 terrace with a Nordic bath (42°) and 1 terrace under an arbor with furniture and barbecue. (Charcoal not included) - 4 parking spots. Guest access Check in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For a later arrival, please contact us to set an appointment. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-in and check-out options - €5 per person per additional hour: - Early check-in on request and subject to availability from 12 noon. - Late check-out upon request and subject to availability until 2 p.m. Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its large terraces equipped with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not included) The Nordic bath is accessible all year round. Other things to note A security deposit of €600 (including €100 cleaning deposit) in case of damage or non-compliance with the regulations will be required upon arrival even for short stays. Deposit by credit card, returned no later than 48 hours. Any festive and/or noisy event is strictly prohibited. The property is under video surveillance. Accommodation equipped with a noise detector.
