Welcome to "Aux portes de la baie" Just 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, this large cottage is ideal for organizing your family vacation. Enjoy the Nordic bath heated to 42° with private access and the garden to relax. A great vacation is on the horizon... Complete your stay with different options (extended stay, breakfast, meals, bathrobes, etc.) The space Ideally located in the countryside to discover the Normandy and Breton coasts, this house is a large farmhouse that we renovated and fitted out with a relaxation area. This accommodation is adjoining the "Brittany" gîte Shared garden (playground for children under 10 years old) "TY KOZH" Lodge - On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (see equipment) and a dining room with lounge area and fireplace. - On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom (160 x 200 bed), 1 bedroom (140 x 190 bed). 1 room with sofa bed for 2 people and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub) - 2 powder rooms. - On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom (1 bed 90 x 190) and 1 bedroom with (2 beds 90 x 190). - Outside, 1 terrace with a Nordic bath (42°C) and 1 terrace under an arbor with furniture and barbecue. (Charcoal not included) - 4 parking spaces. Guest access Check in is between 1600 and 1800. For a later arrival, please consult us in order to schedule an appointment. Check out at 10:00 am. Late check-in and check-out options - rate of €5 per person per additional hour: - Early check-in upon request and availability from 12PM. - Late check-out on request and availability until 2PM. Guests have exclusive access to the home and its large furnished terraces with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not provided) The hot tub is accessible year-round. Other things to note A security deposit of €600 (including €100 cleaning deposit) in case of damage or non-compliance with the rules will be requested upon arrival, even for short stays. Deposit by CB, returned no later than 48 hours. Any festive and/or noisy event is strictly prohibited. Property is under video surveillance. Accommodation equipped with a noise detector.
