My house is in Karaburun Kuyucak, it has 1 bedroom and 1 living room, everything you could possibly need is in the house because I live here myself in summer and winter. We can walk to the sea. You can swim in the sea from 3 bays by walking. And it's definitely algae-free. No harmful marine animals like chestnuts, etc. Walking to the cafes and the pier is also very enjoyable.
